UK Delivery
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100 Monday-Friday (3-4 Working Days)
- Next Day Delivery: Monday-Friday (1-2 Working Days) - £9.95
- Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm will arrive the next day (excluding Saturday/Sunday). Orders made on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Gaming PCs are "built to order" and have a standard build time of 4-6 working days no matter what shipping method is chosen.
Pleasr note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery services might take longer for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Consequently, Next Day service may be affected.

Upgrades
Upgrades to systems can take slightly longer to process so please allow up to 7 working days depending on the amount purchased. This can also sometimes affect "Standard" and "Next Working Day" delivery methods. Please speak to one of our Live Chat agents to find out if your required upgrades will affect your delivery times.
All refurbished equipment sold by Microchoice is covered by our standard RTB (Return To Base) warranty, unless a longer warranty period has been selected during the order. Under this guarantee, Microchoice.co.uk will repair, replace with an equivalent quality item, or refund the buyer for any defective goods due to faulty materials or poor workmanship, provided that:
- Any defects are promptly reported upon discovery within the warranty period.
- The product is returned with proof of purchase.
- If repair is not feasible, a replacement of equivalent quality will be provided.
- A refund can be obtained for any faulty item, meeting the criteria outlined in the Sale of Goods Act, provided it is returned in its original purchased condition.
