2. Order Processing and Cancellation

- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Issues caused by third-party repairs or diagnostics without our prior written consent.
4.4 Warranty is void if:
- The warranty seals are broken.
- The device has been taken to a third party for repair or diagnostics without our written consent.

5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe.
5.2 Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.3 If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate and, where necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods purchased.
